We finally found a restaurant that was open on Christmas Day in Galveston, TX. So, this year, we had Christmas dinner at Waffle House. As you can see the employees were decked out in holiday attire, and the food came just in time. We gave two employees our Moo Mini cards and one guy loved the logo, so much so he mentioned getting a tattoo of the logo. If he does I sure hope he sends us a picture of it, as some of you may know, Bill has always loved tattoos.

We made it to Galveston today, Galveston Island to be exact. It’s still pretty cold and not many restaurants are open, but the good news is that there is an abundance of wifi connections! Gotta love it.
