I set out to find the perfect definitions of Story and Storytelling, and found none were perfect. But what I did find out is that a Story must be Unique, Remarkable, Simple for the best Story ReTelling. And now what do you think of my Parable?

I had a paper feeding problem with a Laserjet 4000 printer. I was doing a little research online about this problem and came across the site fixyourownprinter.com. I love how their site is designed, it’s not beautiful, but it is amazingly functional. Here is how they sold me on their expensive separation pads.

1. I arrived at the site and entered my printer model

2. On the next page I saw there were 208 forum topics for the Laserjet 4000, so I clicked it and found my exact problem

3. I read and found the problem was the separation pad

4. I saw at the bottom of the page that they had the exact part I needed and had coordinated it with the topic I was on

5. I bought it

They also added a nice touch of throwing in a demonstration video of how to install the part. The whole process was great. I love it when companies make it easy for me to give them my money!
