Yes, his name should be Bill Ogre instead of Bill Olen. This evening we went to have dinner with an old friend of mine, Edith Driscoll. Edith is a funny lady full of life and we enjoy her and her husband a lot. Now, usually when we go to someone’s house for dinner, Bill eats and then he starts to turn into an Ogre. He’s done socializing and ready to go home and relax. He doesn’t want any small talk, he just wants to eat and run. I finally got him on video admitting that he was turning into an Ogre. Soon after that, I got him outta there before they had to see the full fledged Ogre come out.
Bill and I have been doing outdoor Wi-Fi installations recently. First we go out and take a site survey of the area, and then we create the quote. With the quote we’ve started including a Visio drawing of the place that includes: the buildings, any objects that will interfere with the signal, and mapping out the areas that the access points will cover. People seem to like the drawings, must be a case of selling the sizzle.
