Today I heard that Pat Boyer had died. We were last in touch in the late 1970′s, but an aneurysm struck her in the early 1980′s, so we had not talked in decades. Pat was the reason dance took off at Swarthmore College, but to me she was a person who cared and did everything she could. I wish she could have told her Story.

So wonderful to see my mother, Patricia W. Boyer, noted by one of her favorite students, Bill Olen. She was so proud of how the dance program took off at Swarthmore College, but most of all she loved to see her students grow and challenge themselves. Thank you Bill for paying tribute to her!!
