Today in our front yard, a woodpecker pecked away at a new nest, a hummingbird watched him, and a bluejay chased after the woodpecker’s mate. Via Simeon Simeonov, we get from Devorah Klein from IDEO at the 2008 Nantucket Conference the rationale for failing quickly and cheaply, just like the birds of Spring.
