Hi, darlin’… I think all you are doing is good, and know that some friends have done it all, all options, and done great.. I am not sure what I would do, where my courage and fears would take me. I am vegetarian, have a yoga practice, take supplements… Sooo, what would I do? stop work, maybe, but I love my work,and feel enlivened by it. My mum got cancer when she was 67, just a wee lass, and the various treatments, and her good and loving spirit, and her engagement in her life and work, kept her here for another 10 years. My sister has been coping with the devastating effects of her treatment for Hep C. The treatments seemed to cause more harm than good. It is good to do all you are doing, no matter what, hey? I send you love. marya

Thank you so much Marya for your kind thoughts and love! I believe a person does best if they follow their feelings on how to heal themselves, so there is no single way, except perhaps for love. I will say a prayer for your sister and send love. And love to you!
